Our Building team have recently completed an entire refurbishment of a marine engineering workshop. The customers old engineering workshop has been completely redesigned to make better use of the existing building and allow for multiple teams to work and operate from.
The existing building consisted of three workshops with roller shutter entrance doors. The space was used for marine engineering activities and parts storage.
Simon Dean liaised with the customer and worked closely with architects concept designs for the building. From these concepts, our team have constructed a two story open plan office space, complete with a mezzanine viewing gallery over the main reception area, training and briefing rooms, mess areas with kitchen facilities and a large conference room.
The project was a delivered in its entirety by Simon Dean, the majority of the works delivery was delivered with our experienced in house team. Where specialist skills where required we managed subcontractors under CDM regulations.
