Delivery of site wide Electrical Infrastructure Upgrade Project at an Industrial Estate in the Midlands.

The contact consisted 3 No. Substation Low Voltage (LV) panel upgrades, 2km of electrical ducting and rewiring of the complete LV infrastructure submain cables.

This project saw us install electrical power supplies and electricity metering to over 80 industrial units from 16 local feeder pillars which we installed across the site.

Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICR) where completed for  existing properties onsite and a large scope of electrical remedial works undertaken, and new certification provided.

NICEIC Electrical Installation Certificates where issued for all the new electrical infrastructure works.

Simon Dean effectively planned and liaised with tenants and occupiers to minimise their disruption and ensure all of the works were delivered safely, efficiently and on time, ensuring we returned information and completed a first-time fix.

This contract has also seen us delivery pre-occupancy electrical installation condition reports and complete electrical remedial works to enable new tenants to occupy industrial buildings and office space.
